ABOUT ME: Ever since childhood, I have been interested in nature and sciences. I focused on health sciences became a Medical Lab. Technician and more recently have focused on health and nutrition. I am currently working as an Office Administrator/Med. Lab. Tech. for Natural Therapies Clinic. I have learned that we need a holistic approach, creating balance between Body, Mind and Soul, to attain and maintain good health. I have also learned the importance of providing our bodies with proper nutrients to maintain good health.
I am a Certified Healthy for Life Team Leader and a member of Live Well International.
Live Well International, along with support from our Medical - Dr. Ray Strand M.D. and our Product - USANA Health Sciences Partners, teaches how to discover holistic wellness.
Exercise, stress reduction and living a naturally balanced life are all crucial components to the Live Well philosophy. We do Health & Wellness Spa Seminars as well as Nutrition Seminars for those interested in learning more about maintaining or improving their health and wellness .
ABOUT WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: My colleague and I run the Health For Life Program by Dr. Ray Strand for those that want to learn how to improve their health and to lose weight permanently.
ABOUT OUR SKIN: Our skin is our largest organ and what we put on it is absorbed into our blood stream and does affect our health. I was excited to learn that Sense does not add in parabens or other chemical preservatives to the Sense products because of the Sense Self Preserving Technology.
